Qualifications:
Our client who is one of Turkey’s leading food manufacturers is seeking a “Chief Financial Officer” for its HQ in İstanbul.
- Have minimum 15 years’ experience in financial/commercial roles of which 3 years senior finance position experience in a production company.
- Have hands on management experience in General Accounting and Management Accounting.
- Have working knowledge in treasury, risk/internal audit, tax, governance.
- Have fluency in IFRS, VUK, TTK.
- Nice to have basic principles for M&A process and IPO.
- Have good level of working English.
- Be an active user of SAP and good user of excel.
- Analytical, challenger, quick minded, solution provider (within working ethics) rather than obstacle finder.
- Ability to work with boss(es) directly.
- Solid but warm personality who can establish a well-deserved authority over peers/management.
