Your Responsibilities

/ Working in production department. Ensure production process quality and reliability with end to end process management and process control.
/ Manage implementation of solutions in order to prevent functional and operational failures in production. e.g, visual inspection with camera controls, poke yoke solutions, support systems for operators
/ Development of problem solving and statistical process control competence in production department specially at shop floor
/ Implementation of related i4.0 and lean production solutions within area of responsibility
/ Support technical changes in production related with product changes, new machine and process startups
Your Profile
/ Graduated from relevant engineering degree with production/quality background
/ Experience preferably in SPC, Process Control and problem solving methods as 6-Sigma/8D application (6-sigma black belt is preferable)
/ Proven track record of developing and executing process improvements that adds value to the organization, experience in i4.0 solutions and Lean production
/ Business level English, advanced level MS Office applications
