Your Responsibilities

/ Developing business plans with the sales teams and dealers
/ Guiding the sales teams and dealers to create access to key regional retailers, wholesalers selecting immediately a list of high potential targets
/ Achieving Sales targets in the form of Order-take, Revenue, MarketShare
/ Working with marketing manager to develop effective marketing and communication activities to grow brand awareness and shape brand image
/ Working with all other Business Departments to ensure positive customer relationships and support including: Product, Customer Service, Finance etc.
/ Ability to build, lead and coach the sales team
Your Profile
/ Min. 3-5 years experience in sales organization
/ Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
/ An ambitious, proactive and dynamic attitude
/ Target driven and sales orientated
/ The ability to deliver the company’s sales objectives
/ Good computer skills, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
/ Methodical approach, attention to detail and the ability to work using own initiative
