· Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Textile or Industrial Engineering,
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position,
· Experienced in production and product development,
· Having disciplined approach to process controls,
· Preferably experienced in market researches, competitor analysis and customer researches,
· Interested in fashion and trends; having commercial perspective,
· Experienced in team management, planning and organization
· Good command of English,
· Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated,
· Male candidates should have completed military service obligation
İŞ TANIMI
· To ensure collections are built to meet target customer expectations with target profit margins, desired quality and on time delivery date.
· To make researches in order to understand target customer expectations, to conduct store, competitor, supplier, and domestic or overseas fair/shopping visits and make observations; to attend customer meetings; report customers’ expectations/complaints and apply lessons learnt to collections.
· To decide on category budgets, design option budgets.
· To make range plans according to the strategic plan and customer expectations of the product group.
· To follow up the costing process, to make final negotiations and take order placement decisions
· To ensure products are tested according to LC Waikiki regulations and comply with ecological standards.
· To coach and mentor his/her subordinates’ in line with their needs, and ensure they develop their competencies and perform their tasks effectively.
