· University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields
· Min. 2 years of experiencein a similar position with International Trade-Export operations and Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations
· Excellent command of written and spoken English,
· Excellent command of Russian as a second language is an asset,
· Proficiency in MS Office applications,
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities ;be flexible and work under stress and pressure
· Well organized and good at time management skills ;systematic;reliable and team worker
· Excellent coordination skills with clients
· No military obligation for male candidates
· No restrictions for travelling abroad
İŞ TANIMI
- Proceeding customers’ order s in production to deliver the products on time
- Managing all the audit and approval processes before the shipments
- Coordinating international transport in order to meet the confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner
- Arranging all shipping & customs paperworks
- Handling production plan and actual stock based on customer forecast
- Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,
- Following customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
- Weekly and monthly reporting,
