Qualifications

Key Qualifications

• Graduated From Police Academy or Military Academy
• Having Personnel Security Clearance at NATIONAL / NATO Secret Level
• 3+ years of experience as a Facility Security Coordinator
• Good at MS Office Programs (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Knowledge on MSY 317-2(C) guideline
• Knowledge on 5188, 5201, 5202, 4691, 2565 numbered Laws
• Knowing on Personal Data Protection Law (6698)
• Advanced leadership and management skills
• Advanced detection, tracking and reporting skills
• Advanced Presentation skill
• Experienced in Risk and Crisis management
• Ability to represent the company on the Turkish Ministry of Defence
• Having formal writing skill
• Having ethical values
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferentially the executive of the Turkish Armed Forces and / or the Police
• Having contact point / reference at the Turkish Ministry of Defence - Internal Services Department
• Adapt to flexible working hours
• Positive personality
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Description

• Fulfilment of the duties and responsibilities of the Facility Security Coordinator defined in MSY 317-2(C)
• Guideline
• Preparation of all required documents for Facility Security Certification
• Payroll tracking of Security Personnels and make the shift plans
