Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from Material and Metallurgical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry, 
• PhD or masters degree in the field of technical ceramics or polymer-ceramic composite materials, 
• Minimum 2 years of research and application experience on powder metalurgy and ballistic materials,
• Capable of MS Project, MS office programs etc., 
• ERP experience is prefferred, 
  
• Having an interest in defence industry, following the latest developments and keeping up with the technology, 
• Fluency in written and spoken English, 
• Ambitious, dynamic, team worker, 
• Willing to research and learn, 
• Good at analytical thinking and analysis,  

Job Description

• Writing scientific R&D projects, applying to various support institutions (European Union, TUBITAK etc.) and carring out all related responsibilities, 
• Literature review for the development of related materials and process improvements, 
• According to leterature review, preparing experimental setup and reporting, 
• Interpretation of micro and nano characterization and analyses (XRD, TG-DTA, SEM-TEM, XRF, XPS vs.) of new materials, 
• Working in harmony with quality control department during product adaptation of new materials, 
• Formulation of new hybrid material recipes, characterization the effect of parameters and contents on final products.
