Qualifications

One of the ALARKO Group of Companies in Energy Group namely Cenal is looking for a‘Generation Planning Assistant Specialist’ with a highly analytical mind who is enthusiastic to make career in energy sector.
   

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics or other related areas,
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in related field,
• Knowledge about Turkish electricity market and power plant assets is a plus,
• Solid skills on optimization methodologies and tools,
• Very strong analytical skills and ability to deliver high performance under time pressure,
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment,
• Proficiency at MS Office applications, especially at Excel,
• Fluency in English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Commercial optimization of power plant within day ahead, balancing and intraday markets,
• Reporting results regularly,
• Execution of dispatch, nominations and balancing activities,
• Keeping in close contact with Generation Business Unit regarding the expected availability of power plants
• Communication with and respond to directives from transmission system operators.
