Qualifications

Qualifications

 

·        Experience in Industrial and Construction projects,

·        Must have knowledge and relevancy in materials and services,

·        Process knowledge inside cost control, warehouse and procurement,

·        MS Office knowledge,

·        Experience in SAP MM, SD Modules,

·        Ability to communicate with various work groups and projects,

·        Organized and detail oriented,

·        Able and willing to travel worldwide,

·        No military obligation for male candidates.

 

Responsibilities

 

·      Responsible for creating and maintenance of mail data in the ERP system,

·      Ensure that all data are clean ERP system,

·      Manage to understand engineering BOQ and BOM, PO documents,

·      Preparing, controlling and updating material legends, procedures,

·      Check, map and classify the codes generated in the system using UNSPSC hierarchy,

·      Collect material information from warehouse, requesters and projects,

·      Run reports as needed of work groups and projects dailiy, weekly and monthly,

·      Support requesters when needed,

·      Creating material and services requests when needed.
