Bachelor's degree in business administration; advanced degree is a plus (MBA or MS in Marketing).
3 - 5 years' work experience in marketing and/or business excellence functions most of which in multichannel marketing including F2F interactions, web sites, social media, email marketing, closed loop marketing, third party partnerships
Experience in project management,
Experience working in the pharmaceutical and Veeva ecosystem knowledge are a plus but not a must
Distinctive analytical and critical thinking skills, well organized and structured
Strong service orientation, consensus building, communication and organizational skills as position requires working with a lot of internal and external stakeholders and following up a lot of tasks at once
Excellent command of English
Open to go on business trips (both domestic and abroad)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Leads the development of local Integrated Multichannel Marketing strategy in the light of Global IMCM strategy for responsible brands
that serves overall product strategy and follows-up IMCM strategy and activations throughout the year.
Supports internal stakeholders for Multichannel activities including optimal allocation of marketing investment according to customers' channel preferences
Drives and leads the integration of related campaign setup and implementation from beginning to the end together with marketing team.
Guides marketing team on the creation and follow-up of the media budget where consumers are in scope.
Establishes the strategy of complementary channels ensures the integration of them into product strategy where necessary and follows-up the internal processes for these channels.
Leads identification of KPI for activities including individual channels and prepare regular KPI reports to support development.
Trains & educates newly joined Bayer colleagues on Multichannel marketing approach.
Drives Multichannel marketing community to share best practices across the business units and keeps them updated for new trends & improve internal stakeholder engagement.
Provides consultation and direction to marketing colleagues in executing multichannel activities in a compliant way. Acts as the liaison between agencies and internal stakeholders.
Contributes to the success of organization and serves to the positive reputation of Bayer Turkey within its region EMEA and even in global level.
Be volunteer to enhance IMCM execution on field and interacts regularly with sales force to have them better IMCM understanding.
