Provide technical/medical information to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
Liaise with patients/consumers to ensure the optimal use of company products
Provide technical advice and informationwithin the company on new and existing products
Respond to and maintain records of all medical inquiries, adverse event reports and other medical complaints in a timely fashion
Track and archive the answers given within the tools and systems in place (e.g. generation & archiving of answers, harmonization of literature database, etc.) that will allow optimal medical/pharmaceutical information
Stay aligned with global medical information key stakeholders, procedures, resources, systems and provide local adaptation when needed
Keep medical personnel informed of medical complaints, adverse reactions etc. which may have regulatory/medical implications.
Review literature and disseminate information in a timely, proactive and systematic manner, develop specialist knowledge regarding the body of medical/scientific information for all company
Continually review current administrative systems used within medical information and implement upgrades if increase efficiency and improved data management can be achieved
Establish and maintain Medical Information library
