Sertrans Logistics is serving in LTL and FTL transportation up to 80 different points and 19 different, countries with in Europe, Northern Africa and Middle East regions.
Sertrans is giving services for the well-known brands for e-logistics operations within 140.000 m2 closed area, with 8 Million online product and daily more than 140.000 product outbound capacity.
It has its own R&D department dedicated to develop E-Com services for its online activities with its own resources.
Location will be in Hadimkoy / Istanbul
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
- Fluent English is must (Both writing and speaking)
- Experienced in retail warehouse operations and E.com operations at least 2 years,
- Able to work in shift system,
- Actively involved in the management of large teams (preferably experienced)
- High communication skills,
- Operational decision making and problem solving skills
- High-Motivated and Good team player
- Strong analytical Skills,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Systematic and field management of e-commerce operations,
- Follow-up of orders and operations,
- Stock and inventory tracking,
- Monitoring the efficiency of the operation and contributing to the realization of the targets,
- Being in direct contact with foreign customers and taking an active role in customer complaints, operational improvements and implementation of changes,
- Contributing to the analysis and development of existing processes,
- Making daily, monthly and weekly periodic reports,
