Qualifications
Preferably a university degree our equivalent, especially Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in the below listed tasks
English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form
Excellent knowledge of SAP HR module & MS Office programs
Capability to work in a multitask environment
Excellent Analytical Skills
Strong Presentation & Communication Skills
Excellent Data Management Skills
Ability to work under pressure
Job Description
Design and maintain the HR Data Model and ensure that just one source of master data exists for each HR Process for Turkey & Iran
Run regular audits for HR related data posted on SAP, report the findings and follows up the corrections for Turkey & Iran
Design the HR data privacy policy and set rules for the data access to different HRIS modules
Deliver training courses for HR Team regarding basic rules for the data entry and data maintenance in Human Resources for Turkey & Iran
Ensure the accurate preparation and on time submission of locally/globally required standard and ad-hoc reports for Turkey & Iran
Contribute for preparation of the annual personnel budget
Calculate and booking of the personnel related HR provisions through the system
Provide support to Head of HR Services & HR Operations team for mobility processes
Participate in various HR Projects and deliver the source data for the analysis in the project team
Taking active role for posting of the organizational movements announcements and providing support for preparation and posting HR Operations related policies, procedures announcements etc…
Taking active role for the execution of the Procurement System for HR operations related processes
