Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field
• Minimum 7 years of audit experience, Big 4 and mining industry experience is preferable
• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong knowledge of accounting in accordance with IFRS/TFRS and good understanding of IFRS/TMS reporting
• Professional knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills,
• Well developed team working, time management and communication skills
• Result driven approach,
• No obstacle to travel.
• No military obligation (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS packages according to UFRS, and financial statements in accordance with UFRS/Local Tax Accounting,
• Preparing financial reports to senior management within deadlines,
• Ensure accurate, high quality IFRS adjustments according to IFRS and Group requirements,
• Work in close relationship with External Auditors and the reporting team.
• Follow up the Group updates on accounting policies and assess the effects on our financials, communicate those effects to related parties,
• Preparing additional reporting activities if required,
• Provide explanations and analytical review of group financials
