Koroplast introduced the trash bag for the first time in the 80s to the Turkish consumer, and always realized the firsts in its sector with its planned investments.

Today, Koroplast has gained a wider product range with the addition of products such as Aluminium Foil, Cling Film, Zipper Bag, Roasting Bag, Baking Paper, Microwave Steam Cooking Bag. It has pioneered by producing special products for packaging, for hospital, for out-of-home consumption and for retail sectors.

Koroplast has become a brand thanks to the support of its customers, its 39 years of knowledge, technological equipment, R&D investments and expert sales and marketing staff. Koroplast will continue to break grounds and make life easier.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager , who will lead marketing activities for Koroplast.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA, BSc in Business/Marketing/Economics or Engineering Degree. MBA, preferably with Management and Market Strategy experience.
  • 13+ years relevant marketing experience, min 4 years in managerial role,
  • Fluency in English
  • Marketing and trade marketing, merchandising experience gained in FMCG
  • Effective communicator, verbal, written and electronic presentations
  • Good command in IT skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Improvement of financial profile of the brands he/she is responsible for
  • Enabling sales team with relevant tools & toolkits for enabling Sales figures of the brand
  • Developing channel specific ideas / promotions to be ahead of competition
  • Understanding the needs of customers and shoppers alongside with their profile
  • Demonstrated success in P&L; management, budget delivery and growth momentum
  • Design/deliver/develop marketing strategy for the portfolio of brands in line with region.
  • Drive the performance of the country, based on market and customer knowledge throughout building strong and healthy brands, distribution strategy and execution of excellent marketing programs.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing programs and activities for all Consumer & Commercial brands and products so that the Business Line meets short and long-term sales objectives under the country & region requirements.
  • Implement marketing plans for all Consumer & Commercial brands and products to increase customer loyalty and meet established business targets.
  • Develop strong relationship with other functions in the company. Build a strong marketing culture and develop people. Build a marketing strategy based on B2B and B2C solutions and systems. Prepare all of marketing activities to effectively invest the budget in company growth. Collect, analyse every possible market data to look for opportunity and execute world class forecast for all business
  • Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, sales performance, consumer behaviour, and competitors activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
  • Lead Forecasts and product life cycle with Sales Operations team.
  • Build marketing plans, key customers including promotion, communication or joint incentives or partnerships. Direct, evaluate and develop a team of brand, product and trade marketing responsible.
  • Create and execute marketing strategy for all brands and all retail businesses based on company requirements, end user needs, retail structure and market intelligence findings. Increase brand awareness through advertising and loyalty through strong loyalty programs.
  • Develop a value proposition by channel and support/consult the distributor and sales associates for local marketing activities.
  • He/She will identify the needs of each market, segment, prepare marketing plan to facilitate the growth of the brands and lead the execution
  • Experience in digital marketing Brand positioning, Product Development, Creative Agency Management, Media Agency Management, Pricing, Marketing Budget Manegement & all other marketing aspect
  • Coordinate & execute projects with internal and external resources (production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research and advertising)
  • Lead Product Development Projects
  • Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans
