We are looking for a Lawyer to join our Legal department in Yapı Merkezi Holding Inc. with the following qualifications;
• L.L.B. Degree in Turkish Law (L.L.M. preferred),
• Maximum 5 years of experience,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and in Turkish (French preferred),
• Research and analyze complex legal and compliance issues using all relevant information sources,
• Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,
• Strong business & legal advisory skills with an international commercial and problem solving perspective,
• Highly committed and motivated, able to work intensively and remain calm under pressure,
• Strong communication, organization and analytical skills,
• Have high opinion on ethical values,
• Ability to act independently and a good team player,
• Excellent user of MS Office and UYAP,
• No restriction on travelling either abroad or domestic,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Following up, carrying out and periodically reporting all legal corporate and litigation procedures and proceedings in order to preserve company rights and obligations of Group Companies.
• Structuring, drafting, amending, negotiating and executing all types of contracts.
• Giving consultancy on a variety of legal topics (employment law, commercial law, law of contracts etc.).
• Rendering pragmatic legal advice by analyzing and resolving legal issues that arise in the day to day operations in all areas of employment and commercial practices, contractual arrangements, litigation.
• Monitoring new legislation and informing related companies and departments, ensuring legal and business affairs procedures and policies are up to date.
