Your Responsibilities

/ Supporting related departments to enable application of processes and procedures in a standard way in all regions
/ Monitoring and analyzing existing processes by using a propermethodology (especiallyvalue stream mapping)to increasing their efficiency and effectiveness, building a proper understanding of ‘Lean Thinking’ concept in the organization
/ Defining new processes according to changes in the market and new business models, constantly seek to value-add to the current processes, information systems and business growth toward strategic goals
/ Providing necessary reports and analysis to monitor field operations and to find out new business or business development opportunities; supporting business planning, budgeting/ forecasting, and actual business performance processes
/ Defining improvement areas in field operations, starting improvement projects, coordinating workshops and following implementation of project results
/ Visiting service partners, dealers or customers in the countries of the region when necessary
Your Profile
/ University degree preferably in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical engineering
/ At least 3 years relevant work experience,adaptive to multinational culture
/ Fluent English and Russian both verbal and written
/ Excellent MS Office knowledge is must
/ Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, strong data and process analysis skills and knowledge of methodologies, tools
/ No travel restrictions inland or abroad
