        Job Description

    • Responsible for directing, controlling and managing the sales support for selected Key Distributors, through customer-focused support, advice and decision making based on building and maintaining strong relationship in parallel with Bayer Crop Science LIFE values.
    • Forecast, phase and target product requirements and build a budget/business plan with identified Key Accounts.
    • Negotiate with selected Key Accounts regarding product range, terms and volumes for each campaign in parallel Bayer Crop Science Sales Strategies (Sales Policy & Campaign management)
    • Plan joint marketing, product support and training activities, in conjunction with Key Accounts in support of Bayer Crop Science products via collaborating relevant Crop Managers.
    • Formulate tailor-made Business Models - Solutions for identified Key Accounts.
    • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationship
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
