Order and Complaint Management Professional




Your Responsibilities;

  • Creating the orders coming from customers via email, fax, telephone or interfaces, following up the backorders of customers and informing the Planning & Purchasing Department
  • Providing exceptional service for customers concerning spare part orders and deliveries by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously on necessary customer transactions through inbound calls, and email correspondence
  • Handling customer claims processing
  • Communicating regularly with internal customers, having periodic meetings with relevant departments and gathering feedbacks about current applications and determining necessary improvements to make
  • Initiating and implementing new strategies to improve customer service and responsiveness, determining current operations and generating strategies to further improve the portfolio
  • Seeking opportunities to increase value by process improvements & optimization proactively, supporting the development of reports and presentations for meetings , KPI tracking

Your Profile;

  • University degree preferably in business or Industrial engineering
  • Fluent English is a must both verbal and written, German or Russian knowledge is an asset
  • Ability to use problem solving technics, being able to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Excellent command of MS Office Programs, SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Preferably experienced in customer and order process
  • Effective time management and planning, rational decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills, analytical work style
