/ Training, developing and supporting the employees according to their skills;planing and managing the resources of the department accordingly
/ Supporting Reverse Engineering activities andleading team search for product ideas and concepts
/ Developing and designing complex components, assemblies and systems according to the BSH product development processes. Recognition of critical parts and assemblies, generation and analysis of tolerance studies
/ Reducing technical complexity and coordination of prototyping and pre-series in product projects
/ Being responsible ofSub-module in the product architecture system, strongly contribute to global and regional product & innovation strategies incl.sub-module roadmap planning
Your Profile
/ Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar field of engineering),masters degree preferred
/ Min. 6 yearsworking experience in development and design of consumer products (experience in home appliances is a plus)and min 3 years inproject experience
/ Good understanding of manufacturing and QM; advanced knowledge BSH internal systems & processes, productions methods
/ Experience regarding state of the art development tools and modular designs to create scaling effects
/ Analytical and result-oriented thinking, team oriented, having innovative spirit, intercultural awareness
/ Fluency in English is a must. Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills
