Qualifications

Job Description:

• Onco Chemistry Laboratory organization and management of work flow, making daily work plans,
• Writing, revision and execution of all procedures related to the department,
• Managing Onco Chemistry Laboratory processes in internal and external authority/institution audits,
• Leading operational excellence processes,
• Managing the quality processes such as deviations, changes, CAPA, OOS and complaints related to the area of responsibility.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy,
• At least 5 years of laboratory experience in pharmaceutical industry, 
• Preferably worked as a Team Supervisor or Team Leader in Quality Control or R&D,
• Wide knowledge of the Quality Control processes (Raw Material, Semi-finished and Finished Product),
• Preferably comprehensive knowledge of the oncolitic quality control processes,
• Experienced in current GMP applications and data security requirements,
• Good command of English,
• Analytical thinking skills, strong communication, result-oriented, researcher,
• Careful, meticulous and competent in business follow-up,
• Open to change, following technological developments, constantly improving him/herself and the team,
• Advanced planning and organizational ability,
• Good command of MS Office, QMex and preferably SAP programs,
• Completed his military service for male candidates.
