Qualifications:

  • University degree from relevant faculties (Engineering background is an important asset)
  • 6 years and above experience in the industry
  • Comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the industry
  • Customer management and sales experience
  • Team management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Good financial understanding
  • Having a valid driving license & no restriction for travelling
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

 

Job Description:

  • Being responsible of the customer relations and retention, along with contract development and negotiation
  • Managing/leading all commercial plans of the assigned territory with her/his team in order to obtain product revenue and margin results
  • Defining the needs of the domestic market in order to attain the sales targets and develop necessary action plans
  • Being a good coach for the sales team and supporting them on the field in order to increase collaboration and motivation
  • Focusing on achieving revenue goals, developing a pipeline of opportunities, maximizing the services value of the company to customers
