  • University degree / master is desirable. 
  • 5+ years of experience (at least 3+ years in marketing),
  • RX experience is required
  • Launch experience, developing strategies and implementing tactics in successful OTC brands' launches 
  • Proven track record of strong brand execution and results. 
  • HCP Communication know-how is an asset. 
  • Financial and budgeting skills and experience. 
  • Strong leadership to effectively lead own and cross-functional team 
  • Strong communication/presentation skills - including oral and written fluency in both Turkish and English. 
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and results-oriented attitude. 
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills. 
  • Launch experience, developing strategies and implementing tactics in successful brands' launches 
  • Creative thinker (e.g. experience in developing innovative marketing programs/campaigns; use of multichannel tactics)


Job Description

  • Managing the launch into new categories; developing strategies and product plans corresponding to consumer insights, top notch execution and close monitorization of result 
  • Development and implementation of DTC communications in relevant categories and activations 
  • Business continuation with Profit Star portfolio with diligent follow- up 
  • Prepares and proposes to the development of short - and long-term business and marketing plans for assigned products/brands 
  • Planning, monitoring, execution and evaluation of HCP communication and activation plans, trade promotions, price, quality, packaging and PR programs 
  • Development and implementation of business development plans and monitor progress of specific projects 
  • Tracks and analyses brand/product performance and trends in terms of volume, profitability, market share and prescription KPIs 
  • Maintains close contact with sales, manufacturing and distribution functions to sense business conditions and trends as well as connecting with LMR teams for compliance 
  • Responsibility of developing junior brand manager
