The Account Manager will be reporting the Channel Sales Manager and maintain the whole information flow from the buying negotiations and from the field as well.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales
  • Full knowledge of the product line and its applications
  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, MIS, Economics or Business Administration from a reputable university
  • Min. 4-6 years of experience in sales management, min. 2 years' experience in National Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG or OTC companies
  • In depth knowledge about modern trade & multi-channel experience
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and financial thinking skills.
  • Can turn analysis into compelling commercial strategies
  • Dynamic, result oriented, individual with a "hands on" style

Job Description

  • Develop and execute long term and short terms actions plan to achieve Bayer's strategy in distribution, pricing, shelving, promo and merchandising.
  • To manage the sales relationship with the assigned group of Key Accounts
  • Lead the annual agreements processes and the implementation of agreed merchandising standards.
  • Lead and execute 360 activity plans

  • Responsible for instore executional standards - MSL, Primary & Secondary shelf guidelines as well as joint business planning
  • Provide necessary support regarding portfolio & channel mix
  • Lead the joint business plan in related customers, key accounts linking ATL & BTL activities with clear focus in excellence in execution
  • Challenge the existing status quo if required to deliver the necessary activity to drive growth
