Your Responsibilities

/ Managing the relationship between IT and the Business and being first point of contact for new regional demands and possibilities that arise within the field of IT.
/ Understanding, anticipating and influencing requirements and wishes issued by the business and translates them into the demand towards the IT services.
/ Providing strategic guidance to the IT service and project roadmap and analyzing/ coordinating unclear cross process demands.
/ Holding regular meetings with stakeholders within the company to understand the specific goals of the overall business and individual departments
/ Planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating IT operations and projects and has accountability for the successful delivery of new and existing IT initiatives
/ Identifying technology solutions to business problems and represent business interests within the IT organization
Your Profile
/ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS,Industrial Engineering, Business a-Administration or comparable
/ Fluent in English both written and verbal and Germen is a plus
/ Minimum 5 years of overall experience in IT processes
/ Compatible knowledge of business processes, external market conditions, available technologies and the IT solutions, and profound understanding of Wholesale and Retail systems and processes
/ Knowledge of user experience design, digital business models, information security and agile methods including design thinking and project management
/ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as taking a proactive and strategic perspective when managing regional IT demands
