• 8+ year experience in an international FMCG or Pharma Company at sales, marketing and/or trade marketing departments

• Experience in sales is required, E-Commerce & Modern Channel is highly preferred

• Strong communication & influencing skills, good team player

• Strong change management perspective to manage processes and build-up as well as implementations

• High leadership skills to develop strong working relationships with the team and peers effectively 

• Ambition to drive and create successful results 

• Result-oriented business focus through commitment and enthusiasm

Job Description

• Synthesize brand and customer priorities into winning shopper propositions

• Develop brand shopper objectives/strategies/measures that drive the holistic path to purchase 

• Ensure shopper marketing and consumer activation plans are executed with excellence, measured and tracked consistently to drive efficiency and effectiveness

• Play a leading role in the development and execution of POS strategy in conjunction with brand teams and sales management and develop merchandising guideline to win at point of purchase

• Develop long range shopper/consumer activation strategy to ensure that the most appropriate insights and analytics are gathered to deliver growth and support the business plan 

• Localize the global shopper studies whenever applicable and lead the local ones when needed

• Analyze the efficacy and profitability of different promotional tools implemented and make recommendations that improve the POS strategies and plans in the future with ROI perspective

• Identify, develop and lead initiatives to drive category management and cross-selling opportunities at pharmacies

• Understanding shopper journey and analyzing multi-channel sales opportunities

• Lead the annual business planning process and ensure a flawless and effective process is in place with the integration of all critical initiatives and practices

• Lead Digital Activations Planning process with all critical customers, develop e-commerce business plans and manage together with sales team
