- BA/BS degree in a business, logistics, technical discipline or equivalent – MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain management experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, or ISO Regulated industry; 2+ years SAP experience (SD/PP/MM) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Proven results with building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting and Logistics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal & external business partners / customers
- Computer skills/ability to work with various software packages. Strong knowledge of SAP required, high competency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of consumer goods production, operations and industry practices
- Knowledge of Strategy and People Change Management
- Excellent command in spoken and written English (French is a plus)
Job Description
- Work in close cooperation within Supply Chain Management and with internal (Sales & Marketing, QA, Procurement, etc.) & external (Contract manufacturing companies) and international partners for timely and continuous supply.
- Lead the project management of global and local project at CMOs for a localization project and NPDs.
- Drives the Monthly Site Performance Review Meetings in alignment with assigned CMOs.
- Alignment on key KPIs (S-OTIF & Leadtime Adherence)
- Alignment of key demand changes
- Alignment on constrained supply plan
- Alignment on mitigation strategies
- Alignment on Long term supply planning
- Launch Excellence performance and reporting ensuring team is hitting agreed launch and transfer timelines within
- Responsible to oversee all changes (TL and NPIs) related to CMOs.
- Track all relevant activities and support the organization as required in order to achieve the required implementation date.
- The key KPIs for a Change Manager are: NPI on time & Overdue tasks
- Acts as Inventory Manager for assigned region
- Supports preparation for annual budgeting and FC adjustments
- Provides monthly reporting of actuals to budget
- Provides overview of Obsolescence risk
- Acts as Process Owner of Assigned Core Business Processes in support of Business Process Management
- Long Term Supply Planning / Capacity Planning
- Inventory and Obsolescence Management
- Scenario Planning
- Statistical Safety Stock Setting
- Product Segmentation
- Supply Chain Risk Assessments
- SKU Pruning / Tail end Management
- Supports business reporting and advanced analytics:
- Support of assigned slides for S&OP and Performance review decks
- Perform deep dive analysis of potential risk or problem areas to identify root cause and trends and help develop long term solutions
- Acts as communication focal point for all site performance related topics
- Including preparing Issues Communication templates per communication protocol to ensure timely communication of site related stock-out risks
- To implement and adhere to directives, procedures pertaining to workplace security, safety and environmental protection (HSE)
- Support insourcing as well as outsourcing of products according to GMP, local laws and company policies in order to safeguard the uninterrupted market supply.
