Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial or Chemical Engineering with 1-3 years relevant job experience.
• Deep understanding of the special requirements in the area of logistics and supply chain for Pharmaceutical sector. Detailed knowledge about aspects such as analytical method and product validations, Bayer internal and Turkish Ministry of Health change management processes. 
• Capable to handle complex projects by applying Project Management tools. Strong leadership skills and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal & external business partners / customers
• Computer skills/ability to work with various software packages. Strong knowledge of SAP required, high competency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of consumer goods production, operations and industry practices
• Excellent command in spoken and written English. (French is a plus)

Job Description

• Work in close cooperation within Supply Chain Management and with internal (Sales & Marketing, QA, Procurement, etc.) & external (Contract manufacturing companies) and international partners for timely and continuous supply. 
• Review and check following CMOs reports then enter to SAP system in a timely and accurate manner.

       - Stocks and expire date report
       - Material movements report
       - Production movements report
       - Warehouse movements report

       - Inventory correction report

       - Material requirement report

       - Stocks in production report

• Supervise the code management process of CMOs, communicate risks and issues.
• Track performance of all Supply Chain aspects of the CMOs and ensure all KPI’s are met.
• Co-ordinate transportation of finished goods/materials from CMOs or 3rd party distribution warehouse on contract basis transporters defined by Procurement department.
• Monitor release processes of finished goods and work in close with quality colleague.
• To implement and adhere to  directives, procedures pertaining to workplace security, safety and environmental protection (HSE)
• Support insourcing as well as outsourcing of products according to GMP, local laws and company policies in order to safeguard the uninterrupted market supply.
