We are looking for a Master Data Manager,

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Industrial, Chemical Engineering or Maths departments from reputable universities,
• Experience in manufacturing process and data management, preferably in production planning,
• Strong analyzing and reporting skills,
• Advanced command in IT skills (preferably SAP) and MS Office,
• Experience in team management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identification of Product detailed definition of product formulations, product families and SKU's.
• Material classification & product configuration characteristics, material types Fix & Run Waste, Setup Times and Run Speed per process and possible reduction factors.
• Making necessary arrangements for revised SKUs , managing active or inactivity of existing codes.
• Support the operations build process and carry out configuration change management on all versions of product. 
• To manipulate the product structure bill of materials (BOM). 
• To process manufacturing change documents (MCD).
• Require interaction with a range of internal stakeholders.
• Manage execution of engineering changes end to end from inception of change request, collation of inputs, impact analysis, to approval and communication of changes. 
• Collaborate with cross functional client stakeholders from Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions to understand engineering change requests, gather required input, facilitate change control board discussions.
• Lead team of analysts to execute changes in a PDM system.
• Assist in the management of configuration change.
• React to manufacturing change requests.
• Maintain manufacturing bill of materials (MBoM).
• Create and maintain material master data within SAP.
• Analyse data with the use of SAP & Excel reports
