Qualifications

General Qualifications:

• University graduates from the departments of Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering, Preferably heat&process engineering branch.
• Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a pharmaceutical plant,
• Preferably having knowledge of GMP zone class.
• Good knowledge of MS Office software and applications, preferably having used SAP PM module before,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Strong skills in communications, follow-up, and finalization, capable of organization and team work,
• For male candidates, having completed military service,
• Having Class B driver’s license, active driving skills, and being free to travel.

Job Description:

The technical services  are  vital operations in terms of  business continuity specially for pharmaceutical facilities. It contributes considerably  production plan realization and delivery on time. It provides the energy for production and maintains the indispensable sources such as compressed pharma gases, purified water and steam for nonstop production. It provides the GMP conditions for the production facilities.In this scope, the candidate will be responsible for the following jobs.

 

• Ensuring that the steam, compressed air, compressed gases, HVAC, heating&cooling systems, purified water&steam systems required for production are operated uninterruptedly and in accordance with the procedures.
• Organization of planned and unplanned maintenance processes as required for equipment&systems under his or her responsibility in the plant and ensuring timely performance in line with applicable procedures and guidelines.
• Being responsible for guidance and coordination of foremen and/or technicians in the team.
• To obtain the GMP conditions for production equipments and the facilities.
• To respond the failures.
• Resolving chronic problems and conducting necessary improvements.
• To work collaboratively with project team for installation and commissioning of new investment projects (facilities, plants and equipments) according to the qualification requirements.
• To prepare the SOPs (standart operation procedures) which are necessary for operating the facilities and equipments according to the cGMP, QA and technical safety requirements and ensure the implementations of the SOPs.
• To determine and carry out the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) against to the deviations.
• To determine improvable points of the facilities and organize the improvements as a Kaizen study in this respect prepare the feasibility of the investments.
• Performing any necessary improvements by following up technological developments.
• Providing necessary subcontractor contracts and spare parts purchases.
