Qualifications

·        Associate Degree (Graduate), High School (Graduate)

·        Good communication skills, both verbal and written,

·        Dynamic and self-motivating personality,

·        Team player with an organized working style,

·        PC literate (MS Office), JDE knowledge is an asset,

·        English is an asset,

·        Male candidates shouldn’t  have military service obligation.


Job Description

·        Manage phone call traffic,

·        Answer and coordinate service calls,

·        Give support to part inside sales department,

·        Follow couriers incoming and outgoing,

·        Create and/or edit customer database in the system and updates info,

·        Give support to Finance Department for collecting receivables,

·        Manage invoicing and other administrative requirements of the office,

·        Coordinate part sending/receiving with other subs,

·        Review e-archive invoices,

·        Creating spare part and repair quotes.
