Qualifications

Job Description: 

• Ensure the realization of investment projects according to time plan and budget,
• Establish documentation system of projects and providing up-to-date follow-up, 
• Leading, supporting and coordinating projects, 
• Prepare and support Site Strategic Projects, make feasibility studies, 
• Prepare technical specifications for investments, 
• Support Qualification activities, 
• Follow up Innovations and new Technologies, 
• Coordination of internal and external engineering resources within the factory needs and project creation and follow-up, 
• To realize the investment budget. Develop and support the cost-saving project.
• Provide technical support to other business units for the required concept. Find and implement solutions when needed, 
• Support Energy Saving Investment Projects,
• In particular to follow technical developments in the field of Pharmaceutical Equipment Technology and Automation, 
• Introducing and teaching new technologies and concepts into the organization,
• Leading and updating of SOPs of project management systems, 
• To ensure that GMP requirements defined by MOH, Amgen&Gensenta Quality Manual are completely and effectively implemented,
• To comply with Legal, Quality and HSE Regulations,
• To comply with Amgen&Gensenta Information Security policy & rules,
• To comply with Amgen&Gensenta Privacy declaration & procedures. 

General Qualifications: 

• Good Project Management and Control skills, 
• Working in a project as Project Leader min. 3 years,
• Experience in Pharma-Chemical, Automotive or Marine Industry min. 5-10 years, 
• Experience in Global International Company, 
• Having Legal Certificates in Environment Safety and Energy Management,
• Knowledge in pharma production equipment,
• Graduated from an one of Engineering University with min. a license degree, 
• Good skills in spoken and written in English language, 
• Experience in Capex-Project budget management, 
• Completed military obligations.
