 QUALIFICATIONS

  •        Bachelor degree, prefarably from Engineering Faculties.
  •        At least 2 years experiences in sales.
  •        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •        Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to influence with confident communication skills.
  •        Organization and planning skills.
  •        Excellent presentation skills.
  •        Self-motivated, proactive, sharp minded, innovative.
  •        Customer & goal oriented.
  •        No military obligation for male candidates.
  •        No restrictions to travel.
  •        Suitable for flexible working hours.
  •        Good English both in oral and written is an asset.

 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

To maximize sales and profitability of the aftermarket business by promoting sales of service products (Part Sales, Training, Maintenance and Repair) new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans. To be open for innovations, increase the level of customer satisfaction while supporting them through sustainable productivity.

  • Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Fulfil service revenue and profitability targets and increase the capture rate of service products.
  • Proactive communicate with customers to understand their needs about aftermarket business with phone calls, emails and periodic visits.
  • Propose suitable service products technically and commercially with excellent presentation and communication on-site and on-line.
  • Cooperate with product sales team to collect necessary information for aftersales business.
  • Cooperate with other service team members to deliver committed service in high standard.
  • Cooperate with finance to make sure that account receivables are collected in time according to payment term.
  • Tracing all service demand until order receive.
  • Record all PTS Sales activities into the Salesforce CRM on daily basis.
  • Report to Service Manager weekly, monthly or any time if required.
  • Timely feedback sales information on service product by weekly plan and report.
  • Building relationships and maintaining contact with other departments
  • Understanding key customers by joint visits with the sales, technical support and service teams.
