The Director of Rooms oversees hotel services including Front Desk operations, Housekeeping, and Guest Services,  Sports& Yacht Services and SPA. Work closely with the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day to day operation of the hotel to ensure profitability and consistency. Solve problems of detail that come up in the course of the work. 

  • Creating strategic business plan and manages throughout year in his/her department
  • Experience developing standards and operating procedures in Rooms Division
  • Glitch Management; Analyze, investigate, and resolve guest complaints and  set up systems to minimize complaints and to create awareness in the hotel
  •  Field guest complaints conducting through research to develop the most effective solutions for guests' satisfaction. Analyzing results questionnaires and develops strategies to improve satisfaction level periodically with his/her management team
  • Creating sense of luxury in all rooms’ SOP’s, & finding new methods to create luxury perception in hotel’s guests 
  • Solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
  • Work closely with vendors to assure proper pricing, delivery, and maintenance
  • Teach employees importance of, and how to greet guests and courteously solve guest requests
  • Inspection program is consistently maintained
  • Creating mindset of non glitch point of view in all his/her subordinates
  • Develops his/her management team, succession planning for subordinates
