  • Responsible for all Field Solutions administrative tasks in Turkey supporting Filed Solution East Mediterranean team.
  • Follow all corporate procedures related to purchasing of technical material, services, and all kind of invoices related to Field Solutions activities. Prepare contracts and invoices, request new vendors and control payments.
  • Open vendors in SAP System for Field Solutions in Turkey
  • Manage all contracts according to BCS Guidelines and after revision by Legal department, manage signature with all external cooperators (Field trials, Collaborations, Rental, Green Houses, warehouses, etc.)
  • Update the Database CLMS (Contract Lifecycle Management) , BaySites and others internal systems and keep “External Collaborations” and “Crop Destruction” tables up to date.
  • Organize archives and keep them up to date.
  • Ensure administrative support to the team when needed and organize Field Solutions Meetings according to internal guidelines.
  • Be Time Administrator for the whole Turkey team collecting and monitoring the time schedule of all the team in collaboration with HR.
  • Follow up the trial samples arrivals and coordinate with Trial Op. Manager.
  • Trial reports printing folllow up, making archives and keep them up to date.


Qualifications

  • Graduate from university in accordance with the relevant job description
  • Analitical thinking
  • Knowledge in administrative organization and accounting with minimum of 5 years experience
  • Ability to work in autonomy with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and computer skills
  • Good team spirit and collaboration with all involves parties (internally at global, regional and local level and as well externally)
  • Languages: Good Level of English, writing and spoken
