QUALIFICATION

• Graduation from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Economics and Administrative Sciences,
• 0-3 years of experience in the field of HR,
• Fluent in English,
• Able to use MS Office applications at an advanced level,
• Preferably experienced in SAP HR Module, SAP Business Object, data visualization applications,
• Able to drive and have no travel restrictions,
• Strong analytical thinking skills,
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills,
• Able to maintain balance between stakeholders, being prone to teamwork.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Executing Human Resources systems and digitalization processes projects,
• Supporting design, testing, live transition and data visualization studies,
• Playing a role in the process of system development requests, follow-up and implementation for all HR processes,
• Contributing to the development of the data infrastructure in use, data quality and data control studies,
• Able to make research and make suggestions on the trends and tendencies either in Turkey or in the world about sector,
  
• Preparing the required reports and making the related internal announcements and sharing posts.
