  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in commercial and strategic sales
  • Bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, economy are preferred
  • Fluency in English ( German will be an asset),Turkish is required

Job Description

Strategy Implementation

  • Implement the strategy in assigned territory in align with cross functional Teams

Sales plan and delivery

  •      Generate high level of sales forecast and accuracy for assigned territory with well prepared sales accounting plans
  •      Drill down the assigned target to sub territories considering the potential and current market share
  •      Manage distributors / wholesalers with key account approach in order to develop and implement strategies to keep sustainable business growth
  •      Closely follow up sales and marketing activities to create demand with most effective and efficient way. 
  •      Plan all sales activities to achieve defined sales budget with well prepared grower and sales(pos) accounting plans through utilizitaion of CRM/CIP system
  •      Track sales team activities through CRM/CIP systems for the implementation of defined KPIs
  •      Provide and update market potential and intelligence for the commercial success of the business and share with relevant departments

 Team Management

  • Manage, coach,assess, motivate and develop sales team
  • Setting clear direction to sales team to reach defined target
  • Assist in recruitment , promotion and retention processes
