Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• At least 4 years of audit firms experience or financial controlling experience in firms
• SAP experience is an asset
• Manufacturing firms experience is an asset
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, proficient in MS Office programs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Result driven/Oriented
• Research and problem solving skills
• Team player, business/finance partner

Job Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of cost base of company (including OPEX, CAPEX, Headcount Costs and Manufacturing expenses / budgeting&forecasting &analyzing)
• Implement, maintain and continuosly improve financial analysis about cost controls
• Monitoring, reporting, analyzing OPEX and CAPEX of both plant, sales&marketing and administrative side
• Perform detail analysis of OPEX & CAPEX and Manufacturing expense realizations and differences with budget and latest estimates, make trend analysis if needed
• Perform all financial planning and analysis for manufacturing expenses / sales and marketing teams’ OPEX in budgeting and best estimate periods.
• Implement effective budgeting / follow up tools based on zero based budgeting methology and also embedding and disseminating the zero-based budgeting approach throughout the company
• Provide budgeting and forecasting support for manufacturing operations & Budget preparation ( Expense– product cost - capital expenditure )
• Partnership with operations team to provide financial analysis and support to improve performance & productivity
