·              University degree in Electronic Engineering,

·              Profound technical background, preferably electronics or machine tool,

·              Knowledge of CNC, automation technology and/or industrial electronics,

·              Customer and Solution-oriented, can take the initiative and responsibility.

·              Able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve result,

·              Good communication skills, both verbal and written,

·              Knowledge of the English language in speech and writing,

·              PC literate (MS Office),

·              Flexibility, also in terms of working hours,

·              Driving License and willingness to travel within Turkey and abroad,

·              Location will be in Istanbul,

·              No military obligation for male candidates,

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·      Ensure high level product and solution availability of all FANUC FA installations at the client and guarantee utmost customer satisfaction by providing professional, efficient and in-time support in all product related, technical issues to the clients of FANUC FA in the assigned area.

·      Perform installation support on Hard- and Software (esp. additional installations) at the clients.

·      Perform field service engineering work for installation support, warranty, administration and maintenance support on abroad range of CNC equipment and executing the necessary repairs in the field.

·      Contact customers by phone and provide support in all technical questions related to the use of CNC products. Cover the Hot-line phone.

·      Assist in internal training and guidance of new field personnel, if required and give basic training courses for customers.

·      Installation and servicing of CNC equipment electrically

·      Understand customer needs and can offer them best solutions to customer

·      Represent FANUC during site visits, communicating at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction
