  • Graduate from Business & Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics etc.,
  • Foreign trade knowledge,
  • Supply Chain knowledge,
  • Knowledge in l/c is a plus,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high flexibility and the ability to work in a team,
  • Proactive, autonomous and analytical thinking,
  • Knowledge of automation technology and/or industrial electronics is preferable,
  • Flexibility, also in terms of working hours,
  • Customer and quality Oriented,
  • Very good English skills (spoken, written, negotiation), knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Very good Software skills of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint),
  • Knowledge about an ERP system such as JDE or SAP is an asset,
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates
  • CV must be issued in English to be taken into consideration.


  • Order entry, Following the term, Managing product and spare parts import/export operations,
  • Managing Custom process,
  • Managing export control process
  • Managing budget/forecast entries in supply chain system.
  • Managing invoice process
  • Communicating on a daily basis with the customers, logistics, production planning, warehouse in order to assure the flow of information and  clients' satisfaction
  • Provide support internal and external clients
  • Investigate, monitor, record and resolve any queries or issues raised by the client (telephone, email)
