 We are looking for a Credit Risk & Collection Executive,

 QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields,
• 4-5 years experience in a similar position,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English,
• Advanced numerical analysis, problem-solving capabilities and result oriented,
• Proficiency in Excel and experience on SAP will be a major plus,
• No military service restriction for male candidates.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing order management of domestic and export customers according to overdue amount and limit status of customer,
• Credit intelligence, credit limit assessment and allocation,
• Organise weekly calls with the team about the overdue amounts and payment plans of customers and follow up the payment,
• To make overdue call with the headquarters for top overdue customers and giving  information about their payment plans,
• To report Finance team for the weekly collections,
• Dealing with queries and contact to sales teams to resolve disputes,
• Performs regular reconciliations with customers,
• Managing credit insurance process in all respect.
