  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years trade marketing experience
  • Languages: Fluency in English, +1 European language is preferable
  • Strong coordination ability and communicational skills
  • Able to work effectively with people from multiple cultures
  • Strong analytical thinking, decision making and capability in business analysis
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and being a good team member
  • Positive, hardworking, accountable, result oriented with high level of energy. 


Job Description


Lassa, the leading tyre brand of Turkey, founded 44 years ago, as one of the brands of Brisa Bridgestone Sabancı Tyre Manufacturing and Trading Inc. Lassa Tyres manufactures and sells a wide range of consumer and commercial tyres in over 80 countries worldwide together with 80+ international partners. There are over 1300 points of sale in Turkey and over 600 Lassa Tyres shops abroad.

 

  • He/she will report to International Marketing Manager and mainly responsible for managing marketing activities in Lassa export countries   
  • Setting marketing strategies by country in line with corporate strategic targets and market requirements in cooperation with country distributors.
  • Working closely in cooperation with countries’ sales managers to reach country sales targets
  • Implementing country marketing plans in cooperation with distributors and different parties (agencies etc)
  • Designing BTL activities and managing events (fairs, dealer meetings etc.)
  • Designing/implementing new innovative projects to serve strategic goals
  • Keeping up to date the product catalogs, managing production and distribution of POS material for retail experience in tyre shops
  • Managing marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets
  • Following new marketing trends and opportunities.
