  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or Agriculture
  • Masters degree in Finance, Business Management or Marketing is an asset
  • Experience in sales and operations or channel management both B2B and B2C
  • At least 5 years experience
  • Key Account Management in Agriculture with Traders is an asset
  • Fluent in English, Turkish is a must
  • Strong in critical thinking, having analytical skills and advanced in presentations
  • Leadership, Influencing and strong negotiation skills
  • Advanced in MS Office programs
  • Have no obstacle to travel

Job Description

  • Use a tailor-made approach towards the decision makers in the customer’s organization.
  • Align and improve all internal resources/ processes with strong focus on operational excellence to meet the customer needs.
  • Closing sales deals with Key Account Customers
  • Generate sales by delivering KA Plan to manage the account, propel sales and guarantee a consistent approach from all Monsanto departments (MD, credit, customer service, etc.) to approach to large complex customers or large territories in line with the operational plan
  • Provide demand visibility to secure proper seed production and allotment. 
  • Account management to strengthen relationships with growers and develop data based so as to be the first choice in the eye's of the customer through CRM platform
  • Provide a consistent customer experience leading to customer loyalty
  • Full accountability on Target – Plan Sell cycle including forecasting, negotiation and deal closure
  • Credit collection from own customers
  • Quality complaints handling
