Qualifications

Qualifications

• Graduated from a university,
• At least 7 years of experience in a relevant position in retail or similar sector,
• Preferably 3-4 years experience in team management,
• Customer focused and result-oriented,
• Excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, oral and writing,
• Excellent financial/data analysis skills, and profit & loss responsibility,
• Excellent command of English,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Candidates prefarably located in İstanbul,
• Have no restriction to travel.

Job Description

• Managing the entire operation of the stores according to global brand standards,
• Working with the team to achieve the sales and profitability targets of the stores,
• Ensuring coordination between head office and stores,
• Organizing routine regional meetings in order to develop and ensuring effective communication to team,
• Realizing the stores’ sales target and profitability, controlling the cost lines,
• Performing regional competitor analyzes, maximizing inventory management and market share,
• Providing coaching support to the team with Store Managers on operational functioning and human resource management.
