We are looking for an Concierge Agent who must have;

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Stay current on all hotel services as well as VIP requirements and special events
  • Promoting the hotel outlets, including the yachts and transfer possibilities
  • Demonstrate a current knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity.
  • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
  • Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention
  • Attend to special requests by guests
  • Coordinate with Concierge, Butler Services and Sales for Hotel events, restaurant promotions, Limousine requirements and special VIP requests or preparations
  • Make dining and other reservations for patrons, and obtain tickets for events.
  •  Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
  • Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities
  •  Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
  •  Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed.
  • Ensuring that the guests of the hotel are well attended to and satisfied during their stay.
  • Taking necessary actions, within limitations, to exceed the guest’s expectations.
  • Complying and following up on all shared guests’ requests.
  • Handling challenges with motivation and providing suitable options of solutions.
  • Execute and complete required preparations of all guests’ arrivals and departures in advance.
  • Carry out accurate re-search on all arriving guests.
  • Accurately process and share guests’ observations.
  • Organizing and preparation of guests’ special occasions.
  • Providing personal assistance services to esteemed guests during their stay.
