We are looking for an Development Engineer for our Journey.

What should you have before you hit the road?
· I have a university degree from Electrical&Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering Departments
· I have experience on PLC programming, automation, control and communication systems
· I can speak, write and communicate in English.
· I’m good at planning and organizing
· I have strong enthusiasm for learning
· I value and strictly follow safety and environmental rules
· I have good communication skills and like to work with a team
· I have good analytical skills.
· I’m able to work independently and structured
· I can start my own journeys with my excellent written and communication skills.
· I’m ready to take on new adventures with my open-minded, enthusiastic and observer character.
· I’m already living, or able to live in Kocaeli
What will you encounter on the journey?
Working as a “Development Engineer” in our Engineering Directorate:
· You will contribute to new machinery investment and existing machinery improvement projects
· You will estimate budget and prepare schedule for investment and improvement projects
· You will make research and design for new machinery and/or existing machinery improvement
· You will prepare technical specifications and purchase request
· You will evaluate technical specs and price of machinery/service quoted by different vendors
· You will supervise installation & start-up of new machinery and/or existing machinery improvement projects
· You will follow performance and take immediate counteractions against problems for new start-ups
· You will provide necessary documentation, spare parts, and training for new machinery and systems to facilitate smooth operation in the future
