We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist for our Journey.

What should you have before you hit the road?
· I have a bachelor’s degree from Computer Engineering/Management or relevant field
· I can speak, write and communicate fluently in English
· I have minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields
· I am willing to travel in around Turkey.
· I have strong and thorough understanding of customer needs
· I have ability to analyze problems and make recommendations for improvements
· I have strong strategic, analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills
· I enjoy working with individuals from multiple cultures
· I am able to work independently
· I am good at planning and organizing
· I am a team player
· I can start my own journeys with my excellent written and communication skills.
· I’m ready to take on new adventures with my open-minded, enthusiastic and observer character.
What will you encounter on the journey?
You will be reporting to Sales Operation Manager.
You will be managing routine e-commerce channel operations: order, invoicing, shipment and return processes.
You will be developing and managing the automation process of the company owned e-shop in coordination with the headquarter.
You will be making competitor analysis: Monitor e-commerce sites / marketplaces and prepare reports regarding the competition, product features and price levels.
You will be improving e-commerce content management: review online product pages on marketplaces, check for proper brand presentation and correct errors.
You will be preparing promotional campaigns on own website and reporting performance.
You will be reporting stock and sales analyses regularly.
You will be solving potential technical issues related to the company owned e-shop in coordination with the headquarter.
You will be following up consumer complaints and working in coordination with the technical service in case of a product complaint.
