  •        Minimum 3-4 years experience in banking, accounting,auditing or credit controlling departments
  •        The ability to work in a team and individually
  •        Sound decision-making
  •        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •        Fluent English language knowledge is a must
  •        Good attention to detail
  •        Good business judgment
  •        Must have advanced (3-5 + years) of Microsoft Excel experience
  •        Checking Franchise companies risk situation

 

  •        Gathering information on the analysis of franchise financial data and evaluating monthly budgeted and actual reports and sharing the action plans with the operation
  •         Setting up the terms and conditions of the receivable and payable balances
  •         Providing the necessary coordination when requested on issues related to opening letter of guarantee and letters of credit
  •        Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans
  •        Assist in the setting up of the credit control system
  •        Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
  •        Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
  •        Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
  •        Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
  •        Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
  •        Undertake account reconciliations as required
  •        Review debt recovery procedures
  •        Preparing Franchise partner credit rating
