Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• At least 4 years of professional experience preferably in financial planning, commercial finance, profitability analysis, cost management, feasibility analysis areas
• Experience at Big4 audit firms and manufacturing firms would be a plus
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Strong skills of analyzing, organizing big data and generate action plans
• Strong business partner attitude to support Commercial Functions
• Result driven with analytical thinking skills

 

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly channel-based profitability analysis reports by product, variance and KPI analyzes
• Participate in the preparation of mid-term plans, feasibility analysis for growth opportunities
• Run scenarios for different campaigns, prices and other parameters
• Manage channel-based accruals during the month end closing, forecast and annual budget processes
• Strong business partnering with Commercial Functions through critical financial data delivery to provide perspectives for business strategies and decisions
• Monitor, report and analyze OPEX of plant and administrative departments
• Initiate/participate in projects to improve efficiencies and improvement to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
• Ensure strong controls and compliance environment in accordance with Company policies
