· Graduate from the relevant bachelor's degree in universities,

· Fluency in English is a must,

· Preferably proven experience as an office assistant or similar role, minimum 2 years experience,

· Excellent command of MS Office Aplications,

· Problem-solving, with planning and organization capabilities,

· Excellent organizational and time management skills,

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 We're looking for an Office Assistant.

 JOB DEFINITION

 · Assist with the best scheduling by supporting the business units in the department.

· Organize meetings in accordance with the agenda of their executives and timely notification of the meeting subject, location, and time.

· To do travel organizations,

· Answer telephone calls and transfer calls.

· Welcoming guests and making the necessary referrals,

· Follow up on internal and external documents,

· Make a  translation of the required documents in needed,

· Provide, edit, and file paperwork.
